Press Release

GECA extends the discount campaign until June 30

From January 1, 2024, in compliance with the Decree-Law of October 18, 2023, No. 145, it is mandatory for all tourist accommodations or short-term rentals. In accordance with the conversion law of December 15, 2023, No. 191, art. 13-ter, published in the Official Gazette No. 293 of December 16, 2023, it is required to equip with methane gas detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. To allow facilities to comply with the regulations, the discount campaign which provides for an extension of the net prices of products used for domestic gas detection has been extended until June 30, 2024.

To support the facilities required to meet the new requirements, GECA, a leader in the production of gas detectors, presents a range of reliable and competitive Italian solutions. Made in Italy, GECA's gas detectors are the winning answer to meet legal obligations.

Among these, the Beta 762CO carbon monoxide detector is GECA's solution to control and avoid dangerous gas leaks in home systems. For over thirty years at the forefront in the field of plant engineering and safety, GECA is a leading company in the production of thermostats and gas detectors, making protection its mission with highly efficient tools in signaling anomalies.

BETA 762CO the precise and reliable carbon monoxide detector.

The Beta 762CO detector uses an electrochemical cell sensor to ensure sensitivity and precision in air control and to avoid false alarms. The sensor has a lifespan of over six years and can operate regularly up to temperatures of 45°C and -10°C, providing precise and continuous monitoring with maximum reliability.

An intuitive LED notification system makes the Beta 762CO signals clear and immediate: as soon as the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air exceeds one of the three pre-set intervention thresholds, the detector quickly indicates the presence of gas in the room with an optical warning and an acoustic signal.

The excellent performance is also confirmed by the added safety of self-monitoring: the Beta 762CO is equipped with a self-analysis system capable of immediately signaling any faults or anomalies, as well as an optical warning to indicate the need to replace the device at the end of the recommended period for the best guarantee of protection.

BETA 762CO, whose battery has an estimated life of over 6 years, proves to be practical and blackout-proof, moreover, precisely because of the lack of need for wiring to the network, it can be placed anywhere.
