On the occasion of the entering in force of the rule UNI 9994-1:2013, we received from companies that work in the field of fire extinguisher maintenance, some requests for the supply of unpackaged valves, only as spare parts.
Hereby we want to communicate to our customers that CPF Industriale attitude has always been the one to keep the commercial relationships between supplier and customer, rejecting all the requests in this sense.
Only at the beginning and in rare and small cases we satisfy these requests, but as soon as our commercial department understood that this circumstance was linked to the new rule, and its development and negativities, we immediately cut the availability of the product.
We officially apply ourselves not to send the product to the maintenance companies, in order to avoid unplesant and inappropriate market overlapping.
Since 1949 CPF Industriale has always worked in this way and will keep doing this in the future...
