<p>Combustion recording unit for 1 to 4 boilers, without probes.</p>
<p>The AN800 Central Unit is the main equipment of the fixed flue gas analysis system, managing the signals from the peripheral probes installed on the boilers (Max 4). The unit is housed in a polypropylene enclosure with a transparent polycarbonate door and has an IP65 protection rating. On the front panel, there is a 10.1-inch color touchscreen display. It is operated by Windows 10.</p>
<p>Inside the enclosure, the following electronic circuits are installed:</p>
<p>The Main Board includes a 16-bit microcontroller, which processes all incoming data, displays it on the screen, and stores it in an 8MB Flash memory plus a 30GB Panel PC memory. It also manages alarm relays. Communication with external devices is possible via LAN, USB, RS232 output, or isolated RS485 using the Modbus RTU binary protocol. Data is updated approximately every second.</p>
<p>The Valid Data Register indicates whether the data in other registers should be considered. Its value becomes 1 when the boiler burner is operating at full capacity and 0 as soon as the burner shuts down.</p>
